These people are awesome. The developer of this product set a very high standard in customer service. I received my oralbreeze very quickly, but it did not come with an adaptor to fit my faucet, although I can\'t comment on the actual product and how it performed, I have to say the customer service I got was excellent, they called back when they said they would, and tried really hard to resolve my problem. After sending me two other adaptors to try at no charge I had to end up returning it.

FREAKIN AWSOME PRODUCT. I WAS EXCITED WHEN I GOT IT EARLY SO I WENT RIGHT OUT TO INSTALL IT WHEN I REALIZED I HAD NO TEFLON. BUT LO AND BEHOLD ORALBREEZE PACKED SOME TEFLON WITH THE PROUDUCT. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS DONE BEFORE. I DIDNT HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE HARDWARE STORE AND BUY SOME. MADE MY DAY 100% BETTER. GOD BLESS THE PERSON WHO THOUGHT OF PACKING TEFLON WITH PLUMIING FIXTURES.
